Movement – this super quality gilt full plate fusee movement has a Massey III type escapement and a huge diamond endstone. The movement is signed “Samuel Davis, Boston, Patent Lever” # 4183 and has a stop start lever also. The movement is in 95% mint condition – exceptionally clean. The movement is protected by its original gilt dust cap.

Case – the movement comes in an English silver case, which has a hinged back and bezel. The back cover pops open perfectly to 90 degrees when you press the back button in. The case has clear maker's marks for VR. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition – again super clean condition

Dial – the off white enamel dial has a flush sub seconds dial and is in perfect mint condition
