This is an attractive Georgian Watchstand made out of ebony wood and ivory pillars and finials. It has a circular base measuring 9.7cm in diameter and 19.7cm in height. It has a flat base and has a recessed circular shape carved into the top of it. Three delicate ivory pillars form a semi-circle on one side of this recess that connects the base and the cupola. The cupola has a castellated shape and a rubbed red velvet lining. From the cupola is an upwards facing finial, and 2 downwards facing, made of ivory. It has one central hook, also made of ivory. There is slight damage around the upward facing finial, but otherwise this stand is in very nice, 95% mint, condition considering its age.
