Movement – the ¾ plate nickel movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Thos Russell & Son, Liverpool, Swiss Made, 10 Jewels” # 13978. The movement is in 90% mint condition – some light marks only.

Case – the movement comes in a particularly good Dennison case, which weighs 2oz in silver and is just than bit larger and heavier than most cases. The front cover pops open crisply to 90 degrees when you press the winder in. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in mint condition.

Dial – the white enamel dial is decorated with the Thos Russell logo of a wheel with wings and the words Tempus Fugit – time flies. The dial is signed “Thos Russell & Sons, Liverpool, Swiss Made” and is in mint condition.
