Movement – this nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and is decorated with fish scale damascening. The movement is jeweled to the centre and is of higher quality than normal. The movement is signed “Tavannnes Watch Co, 16 Jewels & 4 Adjustments and 4 Settings”. The movement is in 95% mint condition – very clean

Case – the movement comes in an English Silver Dennison Half Hunter case, which has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover pops open crisply to 90 degrees when you press the winder in. The case has a particularly good blue enamel chapter ring on the front cover. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition – again very clean

Dial – the white enamel dial is signed “Tavannes, Swiss Made” and is in 98% mint condition (some tiny marks only).
