The movement has a good spring and balance and is ticking
Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator. It has raised gold jewel settings and a gold train. The movement is decorated with damascening and is signed “Royal, AWWCo, Waltham, Mass, 17 Jewels, Adjusted” # 14161537. The movement is in 99% mint condition – a superb example
Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk. It has an inner 24 hour chapter ring and an outer chapter ring with continuous minutes. The dial is lacking hands, it is signed “Waltham” and is in 99% mint condition
The movement measures 42.8mm x 7.9mm
