This is an open face, stem wound / lever set – no winder
The movement has a a good spring and balance.
Movement – the high quality nickel full plate movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator and large gold jewel settings. The movement is signed “Nat’l Watch Co, USA, 21 Jewels, 349” # 12910355. The movement is in 90% mint condition - light marks and scratches
Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a pair of blue steel hands – no sub seconds hand. It is signed “Elgin”. The dial is in 95% mint condition.
The movement measures 45mm x 11mm
