This is an American railroad grade pocket watch movement made by the Hampden Watch Co, circa 1913
Movement - the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator, raised gold jewel settings and is decorated with damascening. The movement is signed “HWCo (Hampden Watch Co), Canton, O, Railway, 19 Jewels, Adj to 5 positions” # 3170219. The movement is in 95% mint condition – superb condition
Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Hampden Watch Co” and is in 100% mint condition – Flawless with even the blue steel hands retaining their original bloom
The movement measures 43mm x 7.7
