The movement has a good balance and spring.
Movement – grade 69 nickel full plate movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator and is decorated with damascening. The movement is signed “Illinois Watch Co, Springfield, 17 Jewels” # 2372065. The movement is in 90% mint condition – light marks only.
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is signed “Illinois Watch Co” The dial is in 70% mint condition – several hairlines
