The movement has a good balance and spring but the movement is fully wound and not ticking
Movement – the gilt full plate movement has 7 jewels and a lever escapement
The movement is signed “Elgin Nat’l Watch Co” # 6029947 and is in 95% mint condition
Dial – the white enamel dial has beautiful green and gold enamel decoration. It comes with a full set of hands and is signed “Elgin Nat’l Watch Co”
The dial is in 90% mint condition – very fine hairlines on the 4 and in the centre and some scratches below the 12
The movement measures 43mm wide x 8mm deep
