The movement is signed “Illinois Watch Co, Springfield. 17 Jewels, Adjusted, Elite” # 4281220. The movement is in 90% mint condition – small marks only
Case – the movement comes in a 14K gold filled open face case, which has a hinged back and and snap on bezel. The case is decorated with engine turning, with carved edges and a monogram on the back. The case is in 95% mint condition – light marks only
Dial – the silvered dial has a satin finish with gilt numbers and a pair of fancy blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Illinois” and is in 99% mint
