This is an 18 size 17 Jewel pocket watch by the Elgin Watch Co circa 1915
Movement – the nickel full plate movement has a lever escapement. The movement is signed “Elgin Nat’l Watch Co, USA, 17 Jewels” # 18581580 and is in 95% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a white metal ore silver coloured case.
The case has a screw off back and bezel. The case has a smooth plain finish with milled sides and is in 95% mint condition –light wear only.
Dial – the white enamel double sunk dial has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Elgin”. The dial is in 99% mint condition – there is a small flake on the very edge of the dial by the 11 hidden by the bezel
The watch is stem wound / stem set

The watch measures 58mm wide x 20mm deep
