Movement – the nickel 3 finger bridge movement has a lever escapement, a micrometer regulator and is decorated with damascening. The movement is signed “Elgin Nat’l Watch Co, USA, 17 Jewels, Adj 3 positions” # 17888872. The movement is in 90% mint condition – a few small marks
Case – the movement comes in a chromed white metal case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case has coin edged sides, engine turning and vacant crest on the back. The case is in 95% mint condition – very light scratches and marks
Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Elgin” and is in 80% mint condition – some faint hairlines on the 3 and a small chip on the edge of the sunken centre and sub seconds
The watch has a mineral bevelled glass
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch measures 49mm wide x 14mm deep
