This pocket watch was evaluated by the British Army and given the grade “B” as a BACK up model to the General Service Mark II watches
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and is signed “15 Jewels, Swiss Made” and is in 90% mint condition –light marks
Case – the movement comes in a white metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The back of the back cover is engraved “B 54335” on back. The back also has an engraved military issue arrow. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – light wear and overall a superb example however the back cover does have a tendency to cross thread so it requires some patience to screw the back cover in place
Dial – the silvered dial is signed “Swiss Made” and is in 95% mint condition – the hands have lost some of their luminous paint.
The watch has a plastic glass
The watch measures 51mm x 14mm deep
