When this watch arrived at my office, although the hands were setting, the winder was not engaging and winding the watch. I then undid the blue screw near the smaller of the two winding wheels, pressed in on the winder and tightened the screw and was then able to wind the watch. On a full wound the watch worked well and kept perfect time. However, the same problem occurred. I then repeated the above and all was good but this does keep happening and so the watch does need attention. Because of this I have not had the watch cleaned or serviced and it is sold “as is” with no warranty
