This is an 18s 11J Model 3 Grade No 54, gilt full plate movement with a lever escapement and aTeske regulator, invented by Charles Teske 1885. The movement is signed “Hampden Watch Co, Springfield Mass, Patent Pinion, Adjusted” 356205. The movement is in 90% mint condition – 1 stain
Case – the movement comes in a coin silver open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – light wear
Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Hampden Watch Co” and is in 80% mint condition – some damage on the edge on the 9-10 and light hairlines elsewhere
The watch has a bevelled glass
The watch is stem wound / lever set
The watch measures 55mm wide x 20mm
