This is a 16 size 15 Jewel Elgin pocket watch
The watch is working well but has NOT been cleaned or serviced and is sold with no warranty.
Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a micrometer regulator, is decorated with damascening and is signed “Elgin Nat’l Watch Co, 15 Jewels” 15589954. The movement is in 90% mint condition – small marks
Case – the movement comes in a gold plated hunter case, which has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover pops open a few degrees when you press the winder in and then needs to be lifted open manually. The inside of the inner cover is engraved “RMD To my only Valentine, 2.14.86” The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and the case is in 80% mint condition – the front cover is slightly sprained.
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Elgin” and is in 99% mint condition

The watch measures 50mm x 13mm deep
