With the run up to Christmas I thought I would give you a more detailed plan on when the office will be open and dispatch times on orders.
Up until the 6th December, I will be shipping orders within 1 working day except on Wednesday the 23rdNovember and Tuesday 29th November when the office will be closed.
The office will then be closed from the 7th – 15th December –on my return UK orders will be dispatched from the 19th December – see below for a more detailed explanation
I will be down in Portobello this Saturday 26th November and this will be my only day at the shop prior to Christmas and would love to see anyone who wants to pop by. Please remember to email me or call me before this if you want to see a specific watch / chain / key etc so that I can make sure it is with me.
The next update list / website update will be on Friday 2nd Dec.
The office will then be closed between the 7th Dec and the 15th December due to more postal strikes and I believe the Special delivery service will then resume and be guaranteed from the 19th December onwards until the 22nd December when there will be more strikes.
The last day we are taking orders will be on the 21st December for UK orders with a guaranteed delivery date for the 22nd December. Should the postal strikes change then I will review this.
For International orders, any orders over £1000 will be sent by Fedex up until the morning of the 21stDecember and the parcel will be sent by Express with 1-2 days delivery. Whilst I cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, there is a 99% chance of success unless there is a big snowstorm somewhere and airport and delivery hubs closed.
For International orders, any orders under £1000 please make your order prior to Tuesday 6th December. We can of course offer you a £100 surcharge for the order to be sent by Fedex Express.
