This is a Timer and not a pocket watch.
This timer was made by Waltham USA, circa 1940 and was probably intended for military use.
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement with a start, stop. Fly balance and reset function. The movement is signed “Waltham, USA, 16-43 TC, Nine Jewels” # 32015800. The movement is in 95% mint condition.
Case – the movement comes in a base metal open face case, which has a snap on inner, screw on back and bezel. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 80% mint condition – marks and scratches on the back and a loss of chrome on the sides
Dial – the white on metal dial has the most unusual and complicated dial with a decimal register from 1-0 interspersed with red numeric readings. The dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is signed “Waltham”. The dial is in 90% mint condition – light marks
The watch has a plastic glass
The watch measures 51mm wide x 15mm deep
