Matching silver pair case in excellent condition with hallmarks for London 1790
The movement has a later dial which is loose and a broken staff
Movement – the gilt full plate verge movement has a pierced watch cock decorated with urns. The fusee chain is intact, the movement is signed Lumley and Gudgeon, Bury, 873 and is in 90% mint condition – some small marks only
The watch has its original dial plate but the dial is later and loose and does not fit correctly
The silver inner and outer cases are in excellent condition. The bow on the inner was replaced at some point but is a good example. The outer case does not close – the clasp needs attention
The watch has NO glass and NO hands.
It comes with a key
