This pocket watch has a good chain and but the balance has no balance spring.
Movement – the gilt full plate verge movement has a stop start lever which is missing its wire which stops the balance. The movement has a pierced watch cock, a silver regulator disc and is signed “Rugg & Shane, London, No 355”.
Dial – the white enamel has an off set watch dial with an hour hand only and a post for the centre seconds hand
The dial measures 40mm x 14.2mm
