This movement has a good chain and balance but the lever is damaged and so when you wind, the movement immediately and rapidly winds back on itself
Movement – the gilt full plate fusee movement has a Massey III type escapement and has large Liverpool windows and is jeweled to the winding cone. The movement has an engraved watch cock with a large diamond endstone. The movement is signed “Patent, ES Yates, Liverpool” # 18346 and is in 90% mint a good movement but for the broken lever
Dial – the off white enamel dial has a sub seconds and is in 95% mint condition – some old glue or tape residue
The movement measures 45.8mm x 10mm
