Most of the watches in my “Watches for restoration section” were purchased with a view to clean and service them and list them in my main section. However, when I inspect a watch if I find one or two faults then I list them here and this watch is one of those examples
This watch has a good spring but the balance is sticking and doesn’t swing freely. The watch is fully wound and not working
This is a hard to find example of THE BANK pocket watch by Benson. The quality is obvious the moment you pick the watch up as although it is a heavy piece it is a refined pocket watch
