This is a Swiss pocket watch made for the UK army circa 1935
The dial is damaged
The watch is working well but has NOT been cleaned or serviced and is sold with no warranty.
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and 15 Jewels. The movement is signed “15 Rubies, Swiss Made”. The movement is in 90% mint condition – light tarnish
Case – the movement comes in a nickel metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case is stamped with GS MK II and a military arrow and A 13962. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – light marks only
Dial – the black enamel dial is signed “Carley and Clemence Ltd, A 13962” and is in 90% mint condition – damage on the 11
The watch has a plastic glass
The watch measures 50mm wide x 17mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
