This chain is made from continental silver and does not have any assay marks
The chain is made up of a 4 lengths of fine mesh links held together by two carved slides
The slides are decorated with panels of blue enamel with floral motifs
At one end is a dog clip, at the other is a bolt ring and a huge tassel which matches the slides
The chain measures 325mm in length. The slides measure 25mm x 15mm x 10mm
The chain is in 90% mint condition – each panel has minor enamel missing from the borders, all possibly from when the chain was made
