This is a Dutch silver chatelaine which has silver marks and also makers marks on all panels. The chain is made up of a silver dog clip attached to a silver panel which is attached to 6 silver strands of curb links with a silver heart panel holding them in place. These are attached to another silver panel with a silver split ring. Hanging from this are two silver seals and one watch key all decorated with hollow silver decoration of flowers, leaves and acorns. One seal is engraved on the base "IVDH"
The chatelaine measures 180mm from the dog clip to the split ring and is 22mm wide. The pieces are on average 38mm x 31mm. The chatelaine is in 95% mint condition. The seals and key are in 90% mint condition as one seal is slightly squashed in places
