This is a gilt metal seal made circa 1850
The seal has a rectangular base set with a glass stone.
The seal has a carved base and a carved strut handle terminating in a suspension loop.
The seal measures 28mm high x 20mm x 17mm on the base.
The seal is NOT in good condition – the gilding has mostly worn away making parts dull and brassy and the stone is scratched and dull too but this is reflected in the price
