This is a gilt metal seal / pocket watch key.
The key has a circular base set with a green bloodstone.
The key is cone shaped and decorated with carved detailing.
On the top is a watch key – a size 0-1 approx
The key has two suspension loops and hangs from a gilt watch chain with an inverted V which holds the seal / key
The chain has mesh links and has an early style hinged dog clip at one end.
The key measures 19mm x 8mm and the chain is 115mm long
They key / seal and chain are in 90% mint condition – they no longer has a gold coloured sheen and is more of a duller metal colour with some patina
