This is a Victorian pocket watch key with a seal base.
The key has two suspension loops and would have been suspended from two chains forming an inverted V which would then be attached to a single chain.
The key has a carved body decorated with flowers. The shield shaped base is set with a foil backed purple glass.
The key has a winding end which is a size 1-2 approx
The key / seal measures 23mm x 10mm x 8mm and is in 95% mint condition – the gilt sleeve covering the steel winding pipe has a small split
