This is a seal fob made circa 1820 and would make a lovely charm or if grouped with some other pieces, it could make a very interesting pendant.
This is a Georgian gold seal made from 18K gold – please note it does not have any hallmarks but has been tested and is sold as gold. The seal weighs 6g.
The seal is set with a beautiful and large foil backed amethyst stone in a vibrant purple colour
The gold seal has a rose coloured gold carved shank and handle decorated with raised yellow gold flowers and set with turquoise The seal has a suspension loop made from inctricate gold wire work
The seal measures 27mm x 16mm x 15mm
The seal is in 99% mint condition – this looks like it has hardly been used
