This is seal was designed to be used with hot wax for sealing letters.
I have made an impression of this seal using hot wax to show that the seal works as intended and also to give a clearer image of the intaglio.
The wax impression comes in a small plastic case and is included with the seal.
This is top quality Gold cased on metal seal with a carved shank and base
The rectangular base is set with green bloodstone stone engraved with the words “I will return” Below there are clouds with the sun trying to break through
The seal measures 22mm x 15mm x 13mm and is in 95% mint condition
