This watch has a movement made by the Swiss company Cyma. It was then sent to England and sold in an English silver pocket watch by Dennison with hallmarks for Birmingham 1941
Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Cyma, 7 Jewels, 2 Adj, Swiss Made”. The movement is in 95% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in an English silver full hunter case, which has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover will rise to 90 degrees when you press the winder in. The case is decorated with coin edged sides, engine turning and a vacant crest on the front. The case is in 95% mint condition – a crisp case
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is signed “Cyma, Swiss Made”. The dial is in 99% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass over the dial
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch measures 50mm wide x 13mm deep
The watch comes in a vintage leather box lined with velvet and silk
