This is a Swiss made pocket watch which was sent to England where it was cased and sold. The English silver case has hallmarks for Birmingham 1920

Movement – the high quality nickel 3 finger bridge movement has a lever escapement and a micrometer regulator. The movement is jewelled to the centre and is signed “Fleurier Watch Co, 21 Jewels, 2 Adjustments”. The movement is in 80% mint condition- many small marks

Case – the movement comes in an English silver Hunter case, which has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover pops crisply open to 90 degrees when you press the winder in. The case is decorated with coin edged sides, engine turning and a vacant cartouche on the front. The case is in 90% mint condition – small marks on the front and back but still a crisp clean case overall

Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is in 85% mint condition – a small crack between the 10 and 11 and light hairlines elsewhere.
