This is a genuine ladies gold Patek Philippe pocket watch made in their first years of production - circa 1865-1870 and retailed by Iwerembold & Fils, Turin. As is so typical of these early Pateks the watch has a signed inner cover, numbered and is numbered under the dial.
Movement – the gilt bridge movement has a cylinder escapement and wolf teeth winding wheels. The movement is fully jeweled and is in 95% mint condition. The movement is numbered under the dial. A sign of the Patek quality is the smooth winding action on this watch.
Case – the movement comes in a top quality 18K gold case, which has a hinged inner, back and bezel. The inner cover is signed “Iwerembold & Fils A Turin, No 24319, Patek Philippe & Co A Geneve”. The inside of the back cover is also numbered. The back cover has a raised gold monogram and the rest of the case has a smooth plain finish. The case is in 85% mint condition – 3 small bruises on the edge and back
Dial – the white enamel dial has blue steel Breguet type hands and is in 100% mint condition

The watch measures 32mm wide x 10mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
