This is a Swiss pocket watch made by Tissot and retailed in Boliden, Sweden. The watch is in practically unused condition and is a superb example
Movement – good quality gilt bridge movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Tissot, Locle” # 368576. The movement is in 100% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a large 14K gold open face case, which has a hinged metal inner and a gold hinged back and snap on bezel. The inside of the back cover is stamped “Tissot, Guld Fran Boliden”. The inner cover is signed with the retailer.
The case has a yellow gold colour with a smooth plain finish and is in 95% condition – a superb case
Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a full set of gilt hands. The dial is signed “Tissot, Antimagnetique”. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 49mm wide x 11mm
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch comes in a period leather box but not original to the watch
