This is a genuine triple signed Rolex pocket watch which has the rare addition of an Elinvar balance.
Movement – the good quality nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement with a capped escape wheel. The movement is decorated with damascening and is signed “Rolex, Spiral Breguet, Elinvar, 17 Jewels, Swiss Made”. The movement is in 95% mint condition – a superb example
Case – the movement comes in a solid 9K gold square cushion shaped case, which has a snap on back and front. The inside of the back cover is signed “Rolex, 31 Records Universels, R.W.C, Ltd, Geneve, Suisse”. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – 3 small bruises on the back
Dial – the silvered dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is signed “Rolex Precision” and features the Rolex logo also. The dial is in 95% mint condition – light marks and tarnish but still an excellent original dial.
