It is one of the pleasures of my work to discover pieces I have never seen before; this chain is one of them.
It is a gilt pocket watch chain with a T bar at on end and a dog clip at the other.
It looks at first to be two lengths of gilt chain with gilt and enamel square mounts and the chain looks like it was designed for a blazer pocket as it is short. However if you take the T bar and dog clip and pull them, the two square gilt mounts act as pulley and come together, forming a rectangular cube and also a much longer single watch chain.
Fully extended the chain measures 240mm. In its shortest length, it measures 130mm. The links are 2mm wide
The chain is in 95% mint condition
