This is a Victorian gilt metal pocket watch key which was made circa 1850
The gilt metal key has a carved 6 sided body with a carved wavy design. It is set with a foil backed glass stone on one side and a beautiful piece of agate on the other side.
The key has a carved shank and a carved suspension loop which turns 360 degrees
The key has a steel winding end which is a size 1-2 and is covered with a gilt sleeve.
The key measures 35mm x 9mm x 5mm
The key is in 90% mint condition – there are some small areas of tarnish and loss of gilding
