This is a Victorian gilt metal pocket watch key which was made circa 1850
The gilt metal key is a round shaped and set with a white stone on one side and a dark green bloodstone on the other.
The key is much smaller than usual and would be perfect on a charm bracelet.
The key has a carved shank and a carved suspension loop which turns 360 degrees
The key has a steel winding end which is a size 2-3 and is covered with a gilt sleeve.
The key measures 25mm x 10mm x 4mm
The key is in 90% mint condition – the carving and detailing are crisp but there is some small areas of tarnish and loss of gilding
