This is a Swiss pocket watch made for the UK army circa 1935
The watch is working well but has NOT been cleaned or serviced and is sold with no warranty.
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and 15 Jewels. The movement is signed “Cal 528, 3 adjustments, 15 Rubies, Swiss Made”. The movement is in 90% mint condition – light marks
Case – the movement comes in a nickel metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case is stamped with GS MK II and a military arrow and A 1215. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – light marks only
Dial – the black enamel dial is signed “Carley and Clemence Ltd, A 1215” and is in 90% mint condition – small area of damage on the 4
The watch has a plastic glass
The watch measures 50mm wide x 17mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
