This is a long gilt on metal pocket watch key which has a suspension loop half way down the key.
The winding pipe, covered in a gilt sleeve is a size 2-3.
The key has an internal ratchet so that it can only turn and wind one way, in this case clockwise thus preventing damage to watches which have a delicate fusee chain and can only be wound one way.
The key has some engine turning on the handle
The key measures 50mm long x 4.5mm wide and is in 85% mint condition – some little nicks and marks on the sleeve which is reflected in the price
