This is a Swiss silver pocket watch which when you press in the button on the side, will chime the hours, quarters and minutes

movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement with two hammers striking on inner gongs. The movement is in 95% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a silver open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and bezel. The inner cover is signed “Grand Diplome D’Honneur, Repetition, Medaille D’or, Exposition, Universelle” and is also engraved with two rows of medals for prizes won. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – there are two small but deep dings on the side of the case
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands and blue enamel 5 minute marks. The dial is in 70% mint condition – a cluster of hairlines around the 10 -12 and several scattered elsewhere.

The watch measures 52mm wide x 15mm deep
