This is an American made Waltham. It comes in a particularly unusual white metal and enamel case
Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator and is decorated with damascening. The movement has gold jewel setting, gold train wheels and is signed “A.W.W.Co, Waltham, Mass, 15 Jewels” # 18530125. The movement is in 90% mint condition – the script has lost some of its black enamel
Case – the movement comes in a white metal open face case, which has carved edges, unusual acid etched detailing on the back and a black enamel chapter ring. The case has a small monogramed diamond crest. The case is in 80% mint condition – excellent condition but the back cover is slightly cross threaded and difficult to get on straight, it can be done however it just takes patience
Dial – the silvered dial has blue steel hands and is signed “Waltham”. The dial is in 70% mint condition – on close inspection, there are many scratches and marks
The watch has mineral glass
The watch measures 43mm wide x 11mm deep
