This is typical Victorian piece in black silk, made at the time when such black mourning jewellery was de rigueur in Victorian society after the death of Prince Albert.
This piece has a gold plated T bar at one end and a dog clip at the other and measures 310mm in length x 17mm wide. The fabric has three ornate gold plated mounts and the whole piece is in 95% mint condition
