English fusee pocket watch movement by McCabe, London c1850

This is a Victorian fusee pocket watch movement.

The movement has a good chain but the balance is overbanked and jammed

Movement – the gilt ¾ plate fusee movement has a lever escapement and a gold balance. The movement is signed “Jas McCabe, Royal Exchange, London, 000942” and is in 90% mint condition – light scratches 

Dial – the white enamel dial has a sub seconds dial, no hands and is signed “Jas McCabe, London, 000942”. The dial is in 100% mint condition

The movement measures 37mm x 6.6mm
