This is a Swiss watch used by the British government during World War 2.

The watch is working but has NOT been cleaned or serviced and comes not come with a warranty

Movement – the nickel 3 finger bridge movement has a lever escapement is signed “Buren, Grand Prix, 15 Jewels, Swiss Made” and is in 90% mint condition – some light scratches and marks

Case – the movement comes in a white metal watch which has a snap on back and bezel, is engraved with a large government issue arrow on the back and GSTP, H17012, Bravingtons, London”. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 70% mint condition – white colour has worn off the front bezel and sides

Dial – the white enamel dial has a set of blue steel hands which have loss their old luminous paint. The dial is signed “Buren, Grand Prix, Swiss Made” and is in 98% mint condition – a hairline on the 4

The watch is stem wound / stem set

The watch has a plastic glass

The watch measures 51mm wide x 13mm deep
