This pocket watch stand is very much of the Empire style of the early 1800s.
The stand has a rectangular polished stone base which supports the gilt upright pocket watch stand. This is decorated with two globes, a lions head, pineapples, acorns, swags and is topped with a star within a wreath. This is where the pocket watch hook is situated and this will take almost all pocket watches. The stand measures 200mm high x 105mm x 30mm and is in 95% mint condition
