This pocket watch is working and running BUT has not been cleaned or serviced and is sold with NO Warranty.

 

Movement – the light gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement with the chronograph work hidden under the dial. The watch has a start stop, fly back and reset chronograph function with a 30 minute register. The movement is signed “Patented May 3rd 1883”

The movement is in 95% mint condition

Case – the movement comes in an English silver case which has hallmarks for London 1884.

The case has a hinged inner, back and a snap on bezel. The inner cover is engraved with a crown and signed “Watchmaker by Warrant to the Queen, Examined by JW Benson, 62 & 64 Ludgate Hill, London & Switzerland”. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 75% mint condition – some deep bruises and marks around the edges plus one small split. Also the bow is brassy and not silver

Dial – the white enamel dial has a 30 minute register and chronograph function. The watch has a full set of blue steel hands and is in 100% mint condition

The watch measures 51mm wide x 18mm deep

The watch has a mineral glass

The watch is stem wound / pin set
