This is a Swiss pocket watch made for and used by the British government during WWII
Movement – good quality nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Swiss Made”. The movement is in 90% mint condition – small marks only
Case – the movement comes in a base metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case is engraved on the back GSTP, H2755” and also has the broad arrow British government mark. The case is in 80% mint condition – some marks and plating missing but still a good example
Dial – the white enamel dial has old luminous hands and luminous numbers. It is signed “Swiss Made” and is in 100% mint condition.
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 51mm wide x 15mm deep
