This pocket watch was made by Bulova of Switzerland for the American market, circa 1920
Movement – the high grade nickel 3 finger bridge movement has a lever escapement with a capped first, second and third wheel. The movement is signed “Bulova Watch Co, 21 Jewels, 6 Adjustments” # 17AE. The movement is in 85% mint condition – the movement has light scratches
Case – the movement comes in a 14K gold filled open face case which has a snap on back and bezel, signed “Bulova, New York”. The case has a smooth plain finish and carved edges. The case is in 90% mint condition
Dial – the white paint on metal dial has raised gilt baton numbers and gilt baton hands. The dial is signed “Bulova” and is in 95% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 44mm wide x 9mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
