This is a genuine Rolex pocket watch evaluated by the British Army and given the grade “General Service Mark II” and was used in the Second World War.

Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Rolex, 15 Rubies Swiss Made, 368” and is in 80% mint condition – some scratches and marks

Case – the movement comes in a white metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case is signed “Rolex, 31 Records, Universels, Geneve, Suisse” on the inside of the back cover. The back of the back cover is engraved “A 9418, G.S. Mk II” and with the broad arrow, British government mark. The case is also lightly engraved “A Walton” The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition - good condition

Dial – the black enamel dial has old luminous hands and numbers. It is signed “Rolex, A 9418” and is in 99% mint condition – light oil marks

The watch has a synthetic glass

The watch measures 49mm x 16mm deep

The watch is stem wound / stem set
